Beautiful new flat, ideally located on the bus route driving you quickly to the lively resort centre, the ski slopes and all the shops. Just a stone's throw from the historic Pied de la Plagne district, at the entrance to Morzine, we invite you to enjoy a sporty and relaxing break with your family or friends.
In this beautiful duplex apartment on the 1st floor of a small chalet-style building, you can organise your stay as you wish, thanks to its ideal, peaceful location. You'll certainly start the day with a good breakfast with croissants and fresh bread from the nearby bakery, and then you'll decide whether to go skiing in the whole Portes du Soleil area or to wander around the resort's lively streets, without using the car, which will probably remain in the garage. At the end of the day, there's nothing like a stroll through the old village of Le Pied de la Plagne, followed by a visit to the nearby chapel, built in the early 19th century to ward off storms, before enjoying an aperitif on the sunset terrace. In summer, you can walk or cycle to the Dérèches water park and skate park, taking advantage of the sun-sheltered paths along the river.
The flat sleeps up to 6 people and comprises, on the 1st floor, an entrance hall with bathroom (shower) and WC, a 1st bedroom with 2 twin beds (90x200cm) and TV opening onto an east-facing balcony and a 2nd bedroom (cabin) with 2 bunk beds (90x190cm), on the second and top floor a 3rd bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200cm) with TV and balcony, a separate toilet with hand basin, a shower and a bright living area with high ceriling and fitted open plan kitchen opening onto the beautiful terrace facing south-west.
A large underground private garage allows to park easily one car and/or bikes, as well as a ski locker.
Services included: sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels, toiletries box and end-of-stay cleaning. Beds are made in winter. In summer, beds can be made up for an additional charge. Multipass summer member.
